Reject a sub-account's service order

Reject a service order placed by an aggregated sub-account, on behalf of the authenticated main account. Available to customer authentication only; administrators cannot use it.

Only the main account that owns the order may reject it, and only while the order is still awaiting the main account's approval. Field order_id selects the order; the optional note is shown to the sub-account as the rejection reason.

The response returns the number of orders still awaiting the main account's approval in count.
