Delete a Inventory Item

Delete the Inventory Item with the given ID. Pass delete_hardware=true to also remove the Monitoring device linked to this item — the deletion is refused (HTTP 409) when the device is still referenced by an internet service via services_internet.access_device, or when the item is the last one referenced by its supplier invoice.
