Clear one of your email suppressions
Changed onRe-enable one address for THIS account's mail — the way back from an opt-out, which is otherwise a one-way door. Clearing a row asserts that you have the person's renewed consent; the endpoint cannot check that, and you are the party who can. A GLOBAL suppression is never cleared here: a hard bounce and a platform-wide opt-out are not one tenant's to overrule, and resuming mail to a mailbox that already refused burns the sending reputation every tenant shares. Idempotent — a missing row is a 200 with cleared: false, never a 404.
