List receipts for one send
Changed onReceipts correlated back to the recipients of a single send. The walk reads back to the send's creation and no further, since no receipt of a send can predate it. One call is bounded: truncated true with a cursor means its page cap stopped the walk first, and more of this send's receipts may follow.
