Sell a stored ship directly into a buy order at this base

Instantly sells a ship stored at this base into a matching buy order (see buy_orders in browse_ships). You are paid the order price immediately — no listing fee. The ship class must match the order exactly. Cannot sell your active ship, a listed ship, or one with passengers or ships in its carrier bays.
