Set App Tier
Move an app between Hobby and Pro. App admin, or platform admin.
enterprise is refused here even for a platform admin: it has no configured price, so "setting" it self-serve would leave an app entitled at the top of the ladder on a $15 subscription. It is set through the admin endpoint below, as part of a deal someone has actually made.
