Voice Link 相手のブランドの核 (V/M/V/C/Story) を差分プレビュー用に返す。

Voice Link が張られていない場合は peer=None を返して UI で CTA を 隠すだけ (エラーにしない)。張られている場合は相手の profile を同梱し、 モーダルで項目別 diff を描けるようにする。
