Shopify requests deletion of a specific customer's data. Anonymize customer info in order_history.

GDPR critical (2026-05-13 audit lens 3): 必ず shop_domain → shop_id 解決を 挟んで shop_id でフィルタする. 同じ customer_email が複数 soeru shop に 紐づいている場合に、他店舗の order が巻き込まれて REDACTED 化される クロスショップ事故を防ぐ.
