商品ページURLを取得し raw_data に格納する (PL-P7: 取り込みのみ・cost0)。

事実抽出は BYO-AI (MCP) が行うため soeru は LLM を呼ばない。よって月間 quota は撤去 (取得は API/HTTP だけで安価)。取得後は learning_status='pending' になり、商品お手入れ カード / compose_message のインライン学習で店主の AI が学ぶ。
