Sentry 直接連携は MCP / Cowork 側で。ここは「Sentry を見るリンク」を返す.

Cowork で sho が Sentry MCP を connect すれば Claude が直接 issue を 取れるので、この endpoint は誘導文字列のみ返す軽量実装。 Sentry organization slug は env var SENTRY_ORG_SLUG / SENTRY_PROJECT_SLUG。
