Redetect Groups

既存グループの重複を整理する (cost0・決定論・LLM不使用)。

再検出ではなく、既存の自動グループ同士を正規化 + あいまい統合し、綴り/スペース揺れの 重複 (DISH/DISSH/DIESH 等) を実DB上で畳む。代表グループにメンバーを集約し重複を削除。
