ブランドを archive する。14 日後に cron が物理削除。

制約:

  • primary brand (owner の最古 active brand) は archive 不可
  • archive 時、紐付く Stripe Subscription は cancel_at_period_end で 予約キャンセル (月末まで使える、自動課金停止)
