Phase NOTIF-4 (2026-05-11, sho UX 提案): multi-brand owner が どの brand が何プランか一目で分かるようにするため. UI コンポーネント PlanBadge から呼ばれる軽量エンドポイント.

Returns: {brand_id: {plan, status, cancel_at_period_end}} - brand_id: subscription の brand_id (None の場合は除外) - plan: 'free' | 'standard' | 'dev' - cancel_at_period_end: 解約予約中なら true
