Performance optimizations:

  • 5-min in-memory cache, invalidated on message generation
  • asyncio.to_thread() for all sync Supabase calls → true parallelism
  • Consolidated per-shop monthly counts into single in_() query
  • Reduced total queries from ~15+ sequential to ~8 parallel
