Write a reply to an outreach conversation

Drafts the next message in a conversation someone has already answered, reading the whole thread so it responds to what was actually said. Returns the body only - the subject and threading come from the conversation. This NEVER sends: pass the result to outreach_reply when it is right. Costs 1 credit.
