Detect disposable / throwaway / privacy-relay email addresses
Checks the email's domain against a curated blocklist of disposable providers (Mailinator, Guerrilla Mail, 10MinuteMail, TempMail) and privacy relays (Apple iCloud Relay, Firefox Relay, DuckDuckGo, SimpleLogin, AnonAddy). Returns the provider and category ('throwaway' vs 'privacy_relay'). Accepts a full email or a bare domain.

Set true to attach an execution receipt at meta.receipt — caller-verifiable sha256 hashes over the RFC 8785 (JCS) canonicalization of this call's as-received JSON body and its result (free, like include_trace).
