Canonicalize an email address for dedup-matching
Returns the dedup-key form of an email: lowercase, plus-tag stripped (or dash-tag for Yahoo), dots removed from the Gmail/Googlemail local part, and googlemail.com unified to gmail.com (Google documents them as the same mailbox). Different from email-validate (RFC syntax) and disposable-detect (blocklist) — this answers 'what's the canonical form so I can compare two addresses for sameness?'. Aggressive by default (strips plus-addressing on unknown domains too); pass provider_rules_only=True for conservative behavior.

Query parameters
Set true to attach an execution receipt at meta.receipt — caller-verifiable sha256 hashes over the RFC 8785 (JCS) canonicalization of this call's as-received JSON body and its result (free, like include_trace). Reproduce with any JCS library: input_hash = sha256(jcs({"tool": <request path>, "args": <your body minus include_trace/include_receipt>})); result_hash = sha256(jcs(result)). For deterministic tools, same input on the same build reproduces result_hash.
