Get active WPC Mesoscale Precipitation Discussion polygons as GeoJSON.

Returns a GeoJSON FeatureCollection of non-expired WPC Mesoscale Precipitation Discussions (MPDs) that have geometry. Structured fields (mpd_number, flash_flood_tier, concerning, …) and the bulletin body (bulletin text when available) live on each feature's properties bag. This is not SPC /v1/guidance/mesoscale.

The endpoint takes no parameters. There is no /v1/discussions/precipitation alias.

Caching

Successful responses carry Cache-Control: public, max-age=60, stale-while-revalidate=60.

Auth

Standard sw-api Bearer auth applies.
