Get active SPC Mesoscale Discussion polygons as GeoJSON.

Returns a GeoJSON FeatureCollection of non-expired SPC Mesoscale Discussions that have geometry. Structured fields and the bulletin body (bulletin text when available) live on each feature's properties bag (forward-compat).

The endpoint takes no parameters. Prefer this path over the temporary /v1/discussions/mesoscale alias.

Caching

Successful responses carry Cache-Control: public, max-age=60, stale-while-revalidate=60.

Auth

Standard sw-api Bearer auth applies.
