為特定教學時機生成精準提問。

不同於通用「生成問題」，此端點會根據 moment_type（opening/transition/ check_understanding/provoke_thinking/closing）產出對應風格的提問， 並附上 facilitator_note 指引講師如何引導、等待、救場。
