根據 project_id 取得專案的標題、描述、狀態、類型和時間戳記。 僅能存取自己擁有的專案。

路徑參數：project_id（專案 ID）。

錯誤：

  • 404：專案不存在。
  • 403：該專案不屬於目前使用者。
