List the project's stored tours.

The project's tours, newest first: each tour's document as written, its feature (null with featureMissing when the Bible lists it no more), its label, its revision, and its check re-run on the way out (errors are the recorder's own problems, verbatim). The answer also carries the project's features (Bible episodes) with how many tours each holds — what a create binds to. Optional ?featureId= narrows the list to one feature. Reads only.
