Change one stored tour.

Any create field, each optional: a new tour document (checked the same way as a create; a refused document writes nothing), another featureId, or a label (label: null clears it). Send expectedRevision (the revision you last read) to be safe against a second writer: when the row has moved on, the change is refused 409 tour_revision_conflict (details.revision) and NOTHING is written. The answer carries the new revision.
