Rename a plan (free).

Renames a plan: the name its list and its review show. Free and reversible (rename it again). Nothing is planned, priced or made again, and a table read, deck or trailer already made from it keeps its own name. Any status. A name that is empty or over 200 characters is refused (400 validation_failed). Scope: story:write.
