Re-mix a show episode after its script was edited.

Re-mix an episode on its current script: its voice effects, sounds and theme are applied again, it is finalized once, and a published episode's feed audio is refreshed. A line fixed with fix_show_episode_line is re-mixed by itself once it is re-voiced; this is for any other edit. Two calls: without userConfirmed it quotes; with it, it queues. Requires Idempotency-Key.
