List the lines flagged for review on a table read.

Returns the lines a writer flagged for review on one table_read artifact and the notes typed with them, plus the read's status. Each item names the line it marks (entryIndex), who speaks it (character, null for narration), its lineText and the writer's note. The same flags the Writers Lab's review panel, MCP list_line_reviews and sleeperhit script review list read. Read-only; costs no credits.
