Retry a failed or stalled table-read audio finalize in place.

Reuses the existing artifact, media revision, and idempotent credit key; it never regenerates the screenplay or performance. Valid only when manifest.audio.finalize.status is failed or stalled (a render that stopped with nothing working on it). Requires Idempotency-Key and artifact:publish.
