Authorize Auth Session
Authorize an auth session (called when user clicks Authorize button).
This endpoint requires authentication (via auth proxy cookies). It generates the token and creates a session for the CLI to retrieve.
Request body: code_challenge: The code challenge from the CLI
Returns: - 200 if successfully authorized
