Streams the logs of a request.

When format is 'auto' and the request is coming from a browser, the response is a HTML page with JavaScript to handle streaming, which will request the API server again with format='plain' to get the actual log content.

Args: request_id: Request ID to stream logs for. log_path: Log path to stream logs for. tail: Number of lines to stream from the end of the log file. follow: Whether to follow the log file. format: Response format - 'auto' (HTML for browsers, plain for HTML clients, console for CLI/API clients), 'plain' (force plain text), 'html' (force HTML), or 'console' (force console)
