Buy-now offers for one CS2 item on every market feed

Takes the exact Steam market_hash_name of one item (a skin with its wear and StatTrak™ or Souvenir prefix, a case, capsule, sticker, patch, pin, tournament highlight, agent, charm, graffiti, music kit or key) and returns the lowest buy-now listing and the listing count on each market feed with a link to the item on that market. A listing cheaper than the best price /api/v1/price trusts for the item (a lone outlier) is reported as null. The Steam Community Market is not included. pricedAt and stale work as in /api/v1/price.
