Exact float, seed, StatTrak™ count, stickers and charm of a CS2 item by inspect link

Reads one item by its inspect link. Classic links (S<SteamID64>A<asset>D<number> from an inventory, M<listing>A<asset>D<number> from a market listing) are answered by the Steam Game Coordinator through the site's bot accounts, about one lookup per second per bot for everyone together; answers are stored for 30 days, so repeated calls are instant and do not count against the lookup limit. Current links that carry the item data are decoded without Steam. When the Game Coordinator needs longer than 8 seconds the response is 202 queued: the lookup continues, retry after Retry-After seconds. Returns the float with a 4-decimal truncated form, wear name, seed, the catalog item with its float range, StatTrak™ counter, name tag, sticker and charm names and the pattern verdict (Case Hardened blue share, fade percentage, Doppler phase via item.phase).
