Serve the sealed evidence bundle for a board card.

The bundle is the #2362 proof-of-done artifact: content-addressed items, the gate verdict, the producing signature, and the audit-chain entry hash. bundle_hash is recomputed from the canonical binding bytes on every read so the drawer always shows the bundle's current identity.
