Patch Task

Update mutable task fields (role, priority, model) - manager corrections.

Used by the operator, the orchestrator or the dashboard to correct mis-assigned tasks, adjust priority, or change model without interrupting the orchestrator.

An agent token may not move a task between roles: a role in the body must equal the token's role and the task's current role, so a worker cannot re-label a task into its own role and then claim it. Role reassignment stays with operator credentials. Task-scoped agents cannot set cli or the ladder-position fields; those changes require operator credentials or an unscoped run-root identity.
