Accept one MediaRecorder timeslice blob.

Parts arrive while the user is still talking, so this stays cheap: size checks, buffer, done. Validation that needs the whole stream (virus scan, transcription) happens on finalize.

A part of a take the client discarded is refused, unless resent says the client is deliberately sending that take again from its local copy.
