Get Brand Reddit Mentions

Get Reddit mentions for a brand.

Checks database for pre-populated data, then Redis cache, then falls back to fetcher functions. Uses Redis caching (24 hour TTL) to minimize API calls.

Returns:

  • total_mentions: Number of posts/discussions found
  • mention_trend: Activity level indicator
  • top_subreddits: Where the brand is most discussed
  • sentiment_score: Community sentiment (-1 to 1)
  • sample_posts: Top relevant posts with links
