Get Trending Brands

Get brands sorted by AI visibility score.

By default only returns trending brands (ai_trend_direction='up'). Pass trending_only=false to return ALL brands with scores — used by /best pages. By default scoped to AI/tech ecosystem verticals. Pass all_verticals=true to include every industry.
