Update a note

Plan: Paid API. Updates the note. Send the new content. The other fields are optional. The note stays on the same record. The request finds the note by its id and ignores parent reference parameters. A user can update a note that another user wrote only if the role of the user has Edit & Remove All Users' Notes.
