Delete a note
Changed onPlan: Paid API. Deletes the note. After this, GET /notes does not list the note, and the API cannot restore it. A second DELETE of the same note returns 404. A user can delete a note that another user wrote only if the role of the user has Edit & Remove All Users' Notes.
