Re-point production at an older version (deprecated)

Deprecated: use POST /v1/artifacts/{id}/versions/{no}/restore, which creates a new version with the old files and keeps the history. This endpoint only moves the production pointer and creates no version. Responses carry a Deprecation header. Editor or owner.
