Mark conversations seen or archived

Your own marks, the same on every device: seen records that you opened these conversations now (their seen_at), dismissed archives them from your inbox and restored brings them back (their dismissed_at). Repeating a mark is safe. Ids you cannot read, unknown or deleted are listed in skipped. Each change reaches GET /v1/conversations/feed. Scope: an API key’s project; a signed-in person every project they work in (organization_id narrows it to one organization).
