Replicate Discrete Ancillaries By Structure Id

Replicates a set of discrete ancillaries around the tower (the tenancy view's "replicate sector around tower"). For each source ancillary and each angle, a copy is created with its azimuth shifted by that angle, and, for manually positioned ancillaries, its x/y rotated by the same angle about the tower axis so the copied sector lands correctly rather than overlapping the source.
