Disconnect a knowledge source

Deletes the source row. Its suggestions go with it through a foreign-key cascade, so anything still pending disappears. Values the coach already approved stay in the profile, because approval copies them there.

API key scopes: knowledge:write. You also need an Idempotency-Key header.
