Retry the failed suffix of a partially sent message

Queues only message parts that are known not to have reached the provider. Luca refuses the retry when provider acceptance is unknown.

API key scopes: conversations:write. You also need an Idempotency-Key header.

idempotency-keystring required

Key that makes this mutation safe to retry. Replaying a key returns the original response with Idempotency-Replayed: true instead of acting twice.

Luca-API-Version'1'

The major version of the API this client was built against. Omit it and the request is served by the current major version. Any other value is refused with 400 unsupported_api_version.
