Retry a failed voice-note transcription

Queues another transcription attempt for a voice note on a message in this conversation. The refusal names why a retry cannot run: one is already running, the limit is reached, or the original audio is gone.

API key scopes: conversations:write. You also need an Idempotency-Key header.

Key that makes this mutation safe to retry. Replaying a key returns the original response with Idempotency-Replayed: true instead of acting twice.
