Enroll a lead in the latest published campaign version

Enrolls one lead into the campaign's latest published version. A campaign that isn't published (draft, paused or archived) can't take enrollments and answers 409 campaign_not_published.

API key scopes: campaigns:write. You also need an Idempotency-Key header.
