Filter field catalog for one dataset: name + kind + operators + description for every field the dataset's /search will accept. Default response omits value lists; pass include_values=1 to expand them inline (cheap for short enums, slow for service_provided). For longer enums prefer /v1/datasets/:id/values/:field. Also returns the DSL grammar string so an agent can prime a single session with one call.
