Retrieve the leak detection result on a work order
Returns the information about the leak detected on the specified work order. This answer is saved when the user answers the question “Did you find a leak?” while entering a leak inspection on a refrigerated work order.
Note: The RTMultiLeakFlow feature flag should be enabled.
The possible values in the response are the following: • true: The user detected a refrigerant leak and set the answer to "Yes". • false: The user didn’t detect any refrigerant leak and set the answer to "No". • null: There is no information about the detected leak. The RTMultiLeakFlow feature is not turned on, or the specified work order is not of refrigerant type.
Learn from ServiceChannel University how providers can enter a leak inspection in the SC Provider app and in ProviderAutomation.
Once you try out this method, you can use the leakWasDetected value as an input parameter for updating the leak inspection information in the PUT /workorders/{workOrderId}/UpdateWorkOrderLeakInspectionInfo method.
