Create a folder

Creates a folder in the knowledge base. Omit parent_id (or set it to null) to create the folder under the root.

The caller's access level on this node — viewer, editor, owner, or admin (org-admin bypass). Absent where not computed.

Whether the node is publicly accessible.

is_public_rootboolean required

Whether the node is the root of a public share.

created_bystring uuid

The user who created the node, if recorded.
