Price a job without generating the document (cheap dry run)

Cheap dry run for the quote generator: validates a payload and returns computed line items, subtotal, tax, discount, and total without persisting anything — for budget math, comparison shopping, or checking a payload before paying to generate. Call /v1/x402/quote/generate to produce the actual PDF, approval page, QR code, and payment link. x402-protected: unpaid requests receive HTTP 402 with USDC payment requirements on Base. Pay per call, no API key or account required.
