List workspaces

List the workspaces the API key can reach: your role in each, whether you can create projects there, and the key's projects in each. POST /api/mcp/projects takes one of these ids as workspaceId. A workspace with API access disabled is left out, and a project-scoped key sees only the workspace holding its project.
